So, I finally grabbed this and modified it to get rid of that pesky PINECONE which costs everyone so much money and well. Here’s what it produces so far(I swear this is base level and much better to come):
This is one of the themes I’ve been using for fun. It’s LOVE in the time of trolls, urban fantasy.
Chapter 1: Prejudice and Perception
The sun was setting over the city skyline as Sarah made her way through the crowded streets. She had always felt uneasy walking alone at night, especially in an area known for its troll ightings. Sarah had grown up hearing stories about the trolls that lived in the city’s tunnels and sewers, and she had always believed they were dangerous creatures that should be avoide at all costs.
As Sarah walked, she couldn’t help but feel a sense of unease as she passed by the dark alleyways and abandoned buildings. She had always been taught to fear the trolls, but she had neve actually seen one in person. That was until she heard a rustling sound coming from one of the nearby alleyways.
Sarah’s heart began to race as she cautiously approached the alleyway, ready to defend herself against whatever creature might be lurking in the shadows. But what she found surprised her A young man and woman were huddled together, their faces pressed against the brick wall. It was clear that they were trying to hide from something, but Sarah couldn’t see what it was.
“Are you okay?” Sarah asked, her voice shaking slightly.
The young man turned to face her, and Sarah gasped as she saw his face for the first time. He had a shock of bright green hair, and his eyes were a deep shade of blue that seemed to glow
in the dim light. But what really caught Sarah’s attention were the long, pointed ears that protruded from the sides of his head.
“Are you trolls?” Sarah blurted out, before she could stop herself.
The young man’s expression darkened, and Sarah realized too late that she had said the wrong thing.
“We prefer the term ‘faeries’,” the young woman said, her voice cold and distant.
Sarah felt a pang of guilt as she realized how insensitive her question had been. She had always been taught to fear and hate the trolls, but these two faeries seemed harmless enough. In fact, they seemed almost…human.
“I’m sorry,” Sarah said, her voice softening. “I didn’t mean to offend you. I’ve just never seen anyone like you before.”
The young man and woman exchanged a look, and Sarah could tell that they were hesitant to trust her. But eventually, the young man spoke up.
“My name is Finn,” he said, holding out his hand. “And this is Lily.”
Sarah hesitated for a moment, but then she took Finn’s hand and shook it.
“I’m Sarah,” she said, smiling weakly. “It’s nice to meet you.”
For the rest of the evening, Sarah walked with Finn and Lily through the city streets, learning more about their unique culture and way of life. She had always thought that the trolls were dangerous creatures that should be avoided at all costs, but now she was beginning to question her beliefs.
Love in the time of trolls, Sarah thought to herself. Maybe it wasn’t such a crazy idea after all.
